NetReproRate(FertHandle,MortHandle,[SexRatio],[Epsilon])

Returns the net reproduction rate (\(\NRR\)) given fertility FertHandle and mortality MortHandle. The optional parameter SexRatio is the sex ratio of births. If not supplied it defaults to 1.05. In terms of the fertility rate \(f(x)\), survival fraction \(l(x)\) and sex ratio \(\SexRatio\) the net reproduction rate is

$$
The integral is calculated numerically with an accuracy controlled by the optional parameter Epsilon. If not specified it defaults to 0.000001.
